Hospital Protocols

Clients must check in from the parking lot by phone. We will then we escort you and your pet into an exam room once it has been disinfected from the previous patient.
During Business Hours please call (671) 682-8890 the system will answer as follows:
- Directions and Hours push 1
- Checking in for an appt from the parking lot push 2
- If you are a New client and want to make an appt push 3
- If you are an Existing client and want to make an appt push 4
- MEDICAL EMERGENCY ( during business hours and after business hours) push 5
  - If we are open option 5 directs you to an associate immediately – if after hours a message is sent to us via email alert.
- To Repeat the Menu Options – push 9
